Role Overview:
As the Runemaster of Partnerships & Community, a Genesis Founder and Chief Partnerships & Community Officer, you will lead the cooperative’s efforts to build strategic alliances, foster community engagement, and expand the cooperative’s influence across blockchain ecosystems. Your role will involve forging meaningful partnerships that align with SagaHalla’s mission while cultivating a vibrant, engaged community that drives cooperative growth. This membership opportunity will allow you to shape the cooperative’s outreach strategy, ensuring that partnerships and community-building efforts align with SagaHalla’s long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for building strong partnerships with other cooperatives, blockchain ecosystems, and external organizations that align with SagaHalla’s mission and goals.
- Foster a sense of community within SagaHalla by developing initiatives that encourage member participation, collaboration, and shared growth.
- Lead community outreach efforts, both digitally and in person, to promote SagaHalla’s cooperative model and expand its membership base.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships that provide value to the cooperative, including technology, governance, and funding collaborations.
- Work closely with other Genesis Founders to ensure that partnerships and community efforts support the cooperative’s broader strategic goals and contribute to long-term success.
- Create and manage marketing and communication initiatives that highlight the cooperative’s achievements, innovations, and partnership successes.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback, ensuring that member input is reflected in the cooperative’s projects and decision-making processes.
- Develop educational materials and programs to help members understand the cooperative model, blockchain technology, and their role in SagaHalla’s success.

- Proven experience in partnerships, community building, and relationship management, preferably within cooperative or blockchain environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills with a demonstrated ability to forge and manage strategic alliances.
- Expertise in community engagement and experience building vibrant, active member communities.
- Knowledge of blockchain technology, decentralized governance, and cooperative structures is a strong plus.
- Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset, able to work across teams and engage with a diverse range of members, partners, and stakeholders.
